All about Lena!

Hello! and welcome to my website. My name is Lena Fevens and I currently reside is a small village on the tip of Nova Scotia, Canada, called Port Maitland

As a child I was always drawing - mainly cartoons - and was always fascinated by colors. I refer to my work as art because of the amount of time and passion that goes into each of my creations. It is my creative outlet - how I express myself, and I love it!

My cake designing passion began with the cake you see pictured on this page (that's me next to the cake). This was my very first fondant/tiered/sugar flowers/wedding cake :) My friend suggested that I make her wedding cake and needless to say I was intimidated as I had never even attempted something like this. Well, I got to work researching and practicing and it turns out I have a pretty natural ability for turning sugar and cake into something visually appealing.

In addition to my cake making I am currently a full time student working towards a degree in website development. I also enjoy creating websites (I made this one).
